Policies

Keys & valuables policy

We take care of your home and everything in it.

Keys and codes

Keys are labelled with a reference code, never your name or address, and stored securely.

Alarm and door codes are only shared with the cleaners assigned to you.

Please put away cash, jewellery and anything irreplaceable before your clean.

We won't move fragile or high-value items without asking first.

Accidents are rare, but if one happens we'll tell you the same day. BeRavo Cleaning Services Ltd is insured for accidental damage.
