Cancellation policy
Life happens. Here's how to move or cancel a clean.
More than 48 hours' notice
Cancel or reschedule free of charge, and any deposit is refunded or moved to the new date.
Less than 48 hours' notice
We may charge up to 50% of the booking, because the team's time has been reserved for you.
Regular clients can skip one visit a quarter with less notice at no charge.
If we need to cancel
If we ever need to move your clean, we'll tell you as early as possible and offer the next available slot.
