No. Many customers leave a key, use a key safe or a smart lock. Keys are stored securely and labelled with a code, never your address.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, everything as standard, including hoovers and mops. We use products that are safe around children and pets. If you'd prefer us to use yours, just tell us when you book.
Are you insured?
Yes. BeRavo Cleaning Services Ltd holds public liability insurance. We're happy to share our certificate with landlords, agents and businesses.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or card. Payment details are sent with your booking confirmation. We don't take cash.
What if I need to cancel or move my booking?
Give us 48 hours' notice and there's no charge. See our cancellation policy for the full details.
What if I'm not happy with something?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and put it right, free of charge.
