How bookings work, so you know what to expect from the first message to the finished clean.
Quotes
Online estimates are a guide. Your fixed quote is confirmed in writing before you book, based on the details and photos you send.
If the property is noticeably different from what was described, we'll explain any change in price before starting work.
Confirming a booking
Your booking is confirmed once you've accepted the quote and paid any deposit requested.
We'll send a confirmation with the date, arrival window, what's included and payment details.
Access
Please make sure we can get in at the agreed time, with working electricity and hot water.
If we can't get in, the cancellation policy applies.
